Because of our expertise in fence work, we have the tools and knowledge to repair old chase covers as well as rotting upper wood trim. In most cases, an HOA or other community organization will demand this be done. We take care of rotting wood as well as the chase cover. If the issue is left unresolved, and the siding of a home is in fact badly rust stained, the siding will need to be replaced. Therefore, it is better to take care of this problem that originates with the chimney, before further issues arise!

We will come to your house to honestly evaluate and sweep chimneys of all kinds, including oil-, wood-, and gas-burning chimneys as well as installing electric inserts. While sweeping your system, we will ensure that it’s in proper working order. We look for any problems that could prevent peak performance and recommend what is needed for your system to burn cleanly and safely. 

Our current charge for a fireplace chimney cleaning is $219.00. Our current charge for just the Level 1 Inspection is $125.00. The charge could be slightly more for woodstove, gas log or furnace chimneys.

Honest Tip: Beware and be suspicious of the below market cost offers you may receive. Out of town large companies will often send a recently hired subcontractor working on a commission out to your house. Remember you are inviting this employee into your home to honestly and fairly service your fireplaces and chimneys and point out any areas that could present a safety hazard to your family!
